Where is Framiqa based?

Framiqa is an independent, founder-led brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. All our orders are curated, hand-packed, and shipped directly from our local workshop.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: We process all orders (including custom ones) within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 8 business days.
  • Total Delivery: You can expect your wall art to arrive within 3 to 10 business days of placing your order.

Does the artwork come with a glass?

Yes, all framed arts comes with glass to protect the print quality & it keep it long lasting.

What are your shipping costs and do you ship in India

We offer free delivery for all orders. Yes, we currently ship to all major pin codes within India.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of you placing the order. Once the 12 hour window passes the order goes into production and cannot be cancelled or altered.

The Product & Quality

What are your frames made of?

Our wall art features high-definition prints on 270 GSM Fine Art Matte Paper using archival, fade-resistant inks. The frames are crafted from a High-density premium textured synthetic frame, which is durable and lightweight, and finished with clear glass for protection.

Will the colors of my print fade over time?

Each piece is an investment in lasting beauty. The artwork is created using Archival Giclée Printing with Fade-Resistant Pigment Inks on a Heavyweight 270 GSM Fine Art Matte Paper. This material combination ensures Museum-Grade Quality with an Estimated Archival Life of 60-80 Years or More.

What is the size of your frames?

All frames are available in 2 sizes:
12x18 inches (small)
24x36 inches (large)
0.5 inch thickness
Note: The actual frame adds approximately 0.75 inches to each side of these print dimensions.

Does it comes with glass?

Yes, all framed arts comes with glass to protect the print quality & it keep it long lasting.

Can I directly hang the art?

Yes! All framed art from Framiqa comes with pre-installed hooks on the backboard, making it ready to hang the moment you unbox it.

Tip: We also include nails & screws inside the box.

How does the Personalized frames work?

It's a collaborative and simple process:

  1. Choose your preferred size and layout in the collection.
  2. After ordering, you will receive a secure link via email to upload your photos.
  3. Within 24 hours, we provide a digital mockup for your approval.
  4. Once approved, we print, frame, and ship your custom piece within our standard handling time.

What kind of photos should I send for a custom frame?

High-resolution images are best! Send the original, unedited files from your phone or camera.

For a connected look, choose photos from the same event or with a similar lighting feel. Our artist can work with avariety of images, but higher quality results in a better final product.

Can I see a design before it's printed?

Absolutely. A digital proof is a standard part of the Artisan Series process. We will not print your piece until you have approved the
design.

How many revisions can I make?

You can make unlimited revisions you like but each change will take some business hours to make.

Can I return a personalized frame?

Because personalized items are custom-made with your personal photos, they are non-returnable for "change of mind" reasons.

However, if they arrive damaged, we will ship a replacement at no cost.

Secure Packaging

How is my artwork packaged?

We use specialized, multi-layered secure packaging (including honeycomb wrap and reinforced cardboard) to protect the glass frames. We take packaging very seriously to ensure a gallery-ready arrival.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Standard Collections: We accept returns for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition.

Artisan Series: These are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

If your order arrives with broken glass or a damaged frame, please email hello@framiqa.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will send a free replacement.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

We are so sorry if this happens! Please contact us at hello@framiqa.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects in the frame or print. This does not cover damage from accidental mishandling.
