2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (WALL ART & ARTISAN SERIES)

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our frames and prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print.
  • Artisan Series (Custom Prints): For personalized orders, you are responsible for the quality and rights of the images you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains imagery that is illegal, hateful, or violates third-party copyrights.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. BILLING AND ONE-TIME PAYMENTS

  • No Subscriptions: All purchases made on framiqa.com are one-time payments. We do not offer recurring subscriptions, memberships, or deferred billing.
  • Payment Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
  • Refusal of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may include orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or photos of your gallery wall, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those materials. We shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or pay compensation for any comments.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (such as shipping providers or payment gateways). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

6. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Framiqa does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Framiqa, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
