Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Framiqa. We are committed to delivering your premium wall art safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re actively working to expand our shipping options to reach customers worldwide. Stay tuned for updates!

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  • All prices and fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders (including our Signature, Studio, and personalized Artisan Series) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following day.
  • Operating Days: We process orders Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner Delhivery, the transit time is as follows:

  • Transit Time: Estimated 2 to 8 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or Whatsapp SMS with a Tracking Number. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the message.

6. Safe Packaging & Damaged Shipments

We use specialized, multi-layered secure packaging (honeycomb wrap, thermocol, and heavy-duty corrugated boxes) to prevent glass breakage.

  • If your frame arrives broken: Please do not worry. Take a clear photo/video of the broken item and the packaging and email it to hello@framiqa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will ship a replacement frame at no extra cost to you.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@framiqa.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address.
