At Framiqa, we take pride in the quality of our premium wall art. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For non-defective items (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Personalized & Custom Items (Artisan Series)

Please note that items from our Artisan Series (personalized photo frames, custom names, or dates) are custom-made specifically for you.

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of personalization, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the Artisan Series for "change of mind" reasons.
  • Replacements: If your Artisan Series product arrives damaged or has a printing error, we will send a free replacement immediately.

Damages and Shipping Issues (Broken Glass/Frames)

We use premium packaging to protect our glass frames, but accidents can happen during transit.

  • Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • Reporting Damage: If the glass is broken or the frame is damaged, please email us at hello@framiqa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requirements: You must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@framiqa.com.

  1. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
